We’ve identified the most common contributors to player questions, and have outlined resolutions in many articles in our Help Center. You can search for an article from our help center homepage via the search bar, directly from the web widget in the bottom right corner of all Help Center pages

Our customer experience team is incredibly informed on all things TwoYay, but to better assist you, it's important for us to know the specific details about your account. All of these questions are required.
We currently offer the following channels to contact support:

Chat messages is the fastest way to get a response from us, and we can resolve most questions with a quick chat. This service is available between 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday). Please note, replies from our team are answered on a first come first serve basis. Please be patient and wait for a specialist to respond. You can access chat by following these steps:

From the web widget search for help first and type the question you would like to ask us. First we will suggest some of our knowledge base articles based on the question you ask, we are confident we will have some material for your question.

For questions that are not urgent or more complex, we recommend submitting an email support ticket.
From our Help Center, scroll to the top of this page and click the button labeled "submit a request" or click here. When you’re ready, tap Submit to create an email ticket. You can additionally send us an email directly via firstname.lastname@example.org.
To better assist you, it's important for us to know the specific details about your account and issue. We attempt to gather as much information as possible from the form so we can better assist you on our initial response. If we do not have enough information we will respond with a simple macro response requesting the additional information.
NOTE: Email is the preferred method for all payment related requests so we can better route your inquiry to our payment specialist team.
