What payment methods are available to Advertisers?
Currently we accept credit card payments via Stripe and Google Pay. Your credit card information is stored directly with Stripe. Stripe meets and exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security.
What payout methods are available to Creators?
Currently we support Bank / ACH and Debit Card transfer payouts. All payouts are received in USD.
Can I cancel an accepted proposal?
No, when you make an offer to a Creator, any amount you have committed to that campaign will be locked until the completion of the task. If the creator does not complete the task in the requested timeline, your money will be refunded to your credit card on file automatically.
How do payouts work?
Once a proposal is accepted, the advertiser and creator enter into an agreement to complete the required task in the provided timeline. The credit card on file with the advertiser is charged immediately at this time. TwoYay safely holds the money in our own bank account until the creator completes the proposal. Once approved, earnings will be sent to the creators payout method on file and notified via the email address associated with their TwoYay account.
Will I have to pay taxes?
Yes, we will issue you a 1099 form for any proposal earnings over $600 and are the responsibility of the Creator.
What happens if a payment fails?
If your payout fails, it can take up to 5 additional business days for your bank to return the payout and inform us that it failed. If this happens, you're notified by email and can view the updated failed payment status on the Earnings page within your TwoYay account. To ensure that your bank account details are correct, you need to re-enter them if a payout fails. After you re-enter your bank account details, we will attempt to perform the payout again. The most common reasons for payout failure are incorrect account information, your bank could not process this payout, or the bank has declined the payout.
How long will it take to receive my payment?
You should receive a payment within two business days from completing the Proposal. On the Earnings page within your TwoYay account, you will see the "In-transit" status when your payment is on its way to your bank account.
How do I set up the payout method?
To add a payout method, navigate to the Organization Settings -> Billing & Payments and add a Bank Account. If you do not see the Organization Settings, your level of access does not have permission to view Billing and Payment. If you wish to have this access, please contact the Organization Owner to update your permissions or update the payout details on your behalf.
