Advertisers have the ability to pay creators using an invoice as an alternative to their credit card or bank account. Here’s a quick guide on how to utilize invoices as a payment method.
Step 1: When building out a proposal Advertisers will be asked to select a payment method before they are able to send a creator their proposal.
Step 2: Under payment, select ‘Pay by new invoice’ and enter the first and last name, as well as the email, of the individual who will be in charge of paying the invoice. Stripe will generate automatically generate and send the invoice once a creator accepts the proposal to the email you provided. To make things easier, TwoYay does not require the individual receiving the invoice to have an account.

Step 4: After the invoice is sent the proposal will be placed on hold and the creator will not be able to complete the deliverables until the invoice has been paid and funds are processed.
Step 5: Once the invoice has been completed and the funds have processed the creator will be notified that they can get started with their deliverables. Depending on your bank or credit card there can be a delay of up to 3 business days for the hold to remove once the invoice was completed.
